Our next Sales & Marketing Associate will be an integral part of our business development team, working across a wide range of industries and creative and technical projects.

  • Lead processing and pipeline management in CRM
  • Maintain contact information in CRM
  • Assist in scheduling meetings & calls 
  • Assemble marketing KPI’s and helps makes sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals
  • Lead research and qualification
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Content administration on website / blog 
  • Market research for prospects and target identification 
  • Track budgets for sales activity 
  • Help create sales and marketing assets (case studies, proposals, presentations, etc) 
  • Compile & send Modus newsletter 
  • Arrange travel as needed 
  • Project manage marketing initiatives and sales proposals 
  • Social media writing and posting 
  • Administer SEM campaigns 
  • Collaborate with designers, sales team and subject matter experts 
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Deeply understand company offering and brand
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events or digital campaigns and facilitate their success


  • 3+ years relevant experience 
  • Advanced English reading, writing, and speaking is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strategies, with a demonstrated ability to tailor written and verbal communications to various audiences
  • Experience working with internationally distributed product teams
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Capable of prioritizing incoming work items based on project status
  • Strong business analysis and documentation skills
  • Strong relationship and customer service skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude
  • Has a passion to stay on top of current, best-in-class digital marketing trends
  • Is a strong communicator and creative thinker
  • Willingly takes on both leadership and support roles
  • Is comfortable hitting daily deadlines
  • Values constructive criticism
  • Has a pleasant, personable manner (in-person, phone and email)
  • Is social media, web and tech-savvy (experienced with Twitter, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Google Drive, etc)
  • A good listener
  • Fierce desire to learn


  • Advanced degree in a relevant area
  • Graphic design skills
